Chicago, where they are learning to play the bass, guitar and drums,learning about the history of women in rock, writing songs and performing in bands. Friends of Chicago Portage are hoping to run a program for the evening of August 25th.
They will have people coming out to speak to the kids about the history of the Chicago Portage, dressed in period costumes. They would really like to perform this, and need to know asap if anyone is interested.

moved here from California. This yahoo list is a central clearinghouse for
homeschool fieldtrips in the Chicago area, allowing groups to post
and share upcoming field trips and invite others to join. It’s just
